How They Work
After purchasing a gift certificate you will receive a link to download a printable/shareable PDF version of your certificate. The gift certificate has spaces on it to add the recipient's name and a unique promo code that will enable the recipient to redeem the amount of the certificate on our site. The download link will be active for 30 days. 
Within 24 hours you should receive a separate email from us with the unique promo code associated with your gift certificate. Add this code to the certificate, or otherwise share with the recipient. 
The recipient can redeem the certificate by entering the promo code at checkout on our site after adding items to the shopping cart. Any remaining balance will be carried over to a new certificate with a new promo code.
